Fostering these practices into our daily lifestyles will strengthen our appreciation for the Earth and improve our understanding of the natural products it offers us. 

This tradition dates back centuries and has been practiced by people all around the world. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to influence the parts of the brain responsible for regulating emotion. Essential oils are made using flowers, herbs, and various tree parts. Their benefits include mood elevation, refined cognitive performance and improved sleep, to name a few. 

Also known as herbal therapy, phytotherapy utilizes plants and plant extracts to promote  and maintain physical wellness. The chemical composition of various herbs, as well as the micronutrients they offer, impact the human body and can promote overall health when used properly. 

Recognized for its various health benefits, the humble mushroom is celebrated as a superfood that packs a punch. Mycotherapy is the study and utilization of extracts and compounds obtained from mushrooms as medicines or health-promoting agents. Additionally, researchers are discovering that fungi may aid in the battle against climate change. Acting as agents of "carbon sequestration", mushroom mycelium stores carbon in the soil, helping keep our planet alive and thriving.
